Professional Culinary Arts

Professional Culinary Arts program is designed for those who want to pursue an international culinary career, is an 8 month process with a syllabus based on international kitchen skills. The program targets those between 18-30 years of age and awards the international City & Guilds diploma in conjunction with MEB certificate.

Course Duration 4 months of theory&practice and 4 months of internship, totaling 8 months.
Class capacity is maximum 24 students.

Professional Pastry & Bakery

The Professional Pastry & Bakery program is designed for those who pursue an international career in this field, wish to work in a leading establihment or start their own business. This is an 8 month program that awards the international City & Guilds diploma in conjunction with MEB certificate.

Course Duration 4 months of training at MSA and 4 months of internship, totaling 8 months.
Class capacity is maximum 20 students.

Chef & Owner

Chef&Owner is a program designed for those who wish to become both the chef and the manager of their own establishments by enrolling both in the Food & Beverage Management and Professional/Fundamental Culinary Arts or Pastry & Bakery programs. The program awards the international City & Guilds diploma in conjunction with MEB certificate.

Course Duration
Culinary Arts program, 4 months of theory&practice and 4 months of internship, totaling 8 months.Class capacity is maximum 24 students.
Pastry & Bakery , 4 months of theory&practice and 4 months of internship, totaling 8 months.Class capacity is maximum 20 students.
Food & Beverage Management, 21 lesson of theroeticaland 15 lesson of practical training, totaling 2 months. Class capacity is maximum 24 students.
