Alma La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana Advanced Italian Cuisine Program Fee: 9.600 Euros.
Upon completing Professional Culinary Arts program, MSA students can enroll in the 7-months Advanced Italian Cuisine Program in ALMA, thanks to the special agreement between MSA and ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, the number one culinary institute endorsed by the Italian Government. The MSA graduate students who want to have a culinary career in Italian cuisine can complete their internship in the best hotels and restaurants in Italy. The program capacity is 20 students per period and features practical and theoretical classes 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. The instruction language is either Italian or English depending on the class profile. If Italian, the translation to English is done by a translator. Students can also learn the Italian language used in the kitchen. This joint program between MSA & Alma is a comprehensive culinary student exchange program, giving the young chefs a chance to earn a reputable diploma and complete their internships in a reputable establishment.
